About the Role
As a seasoned project lead, you will manage Zoho CRM, Website Development, and sales tool projects. You will work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and the CTO to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Zoho partners, agencies, and developers to drive successful project outcomes
- Manage website rollouts, bug fixes, and vendor collaborations to meet client needs
- Translate sales and marketing requirements into actionable tasks
- Test and validate deployments to ensure quality and reliability
- Develop and maintain SOPs, guides, and release notes to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Conduct weekly project status reviews to track progress and address concerns

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in tech project coordination
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM capabilities and limitations
- Familiarity with web basics (HTML, CMS, WordPress/Shopify) and ability to apply technical skills in a project setting
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Jira/Trello, Slack, and Notion
- Excellent task management and communication skills
