Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: As a Relationship Associate in Bancassurance, your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with bank customers.
- Insurance Product Knowledge: You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of the insurance products offered by the bank, including life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, and other relevant solutions.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: You will actively promote and sell insurance products to bank customers, identifying cross-selling opportunities based on customer profiles and financial needs.
- Needs Analysis and Solution Design: Conducting needs analysis for customers will help you determine their insurance requirements and assess their risk profile, financial goals, and coverage needs.
- Documentation and Application Processing: You will assist customers with completing insurance application forms and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information provided.
- Customer Service and Support: Providing ongoing customer service and support will involve addressing inquiries, claims processing, and policy servicing requirements throughout the insurance policy lifecycle.
