Job Title: Bancassurance Sales Officer- Life Insurance

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the bancassurance channel by collaborating with our banking partners. Your primary focus will be on facilitating the completion of medical reports and ensuring prompt issue of policy documents.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with our banking partners to identify opportunities for growth in the bancassurance channel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to ensure efficient processing of medical reports and issuance of policy documents.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year sales experience in any insurance channel.
  • Prior experience in the bancassurance or life insurance industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Graduation degree from an accredited institution is required.
