Job Title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

About this Role:

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in South Mumbai.

The Director of FP&A will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as prepare reports, conduct analysis, and develop models to guide strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting across brands.
  • Build scenario planning & valuation models to inform expansion.
  • Develop management information systems (MIS) reports and cash flow management systems for scalability.
  • Enhance and professionalise finance & accounting controls and processes.
  • Manage investor relations with accurate projections and transparent communication.
  • Partner with leadership on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance, preferably in the food and beverage, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • A proven track record of helping businesses scale.
  • Expertise in forecasting, cash flow management, MIS, and valuations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and investor-facing skills.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance preferred.
