Key Responsibilities:

  • Support research, analysis, and development of state and national manifestos and policy recommendations

  • Evaluate policy initiatives and collaborate with team members to implement governance reforms

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A degree from a top-tier academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering or related fields is required
  • Prior experience or demonstrated interest in policy research, governance projects, or political consulting is desirable
  • A strong grasp of the country's political landscape and governance structures is essential
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to travel if needed are necessary
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills are required

Skill Requirements:

  • The ability to collect, synthesise, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for evidence-based governance reforms is essential
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis, reporting, and forming recommendations under guidance is required
  • Clear and concise writing for policy briefs, reports, presentations, and stakeholder summaries is necessary
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and project delivery are key
  • A foundational understanding of the country's policy systems, political dynamics, and development frameworks is essential
