The ideal candidate demonstrates emotional intelligence, empathy, confidentiality, and strong influencing skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and excellent communication.

  • Accountable for the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit in a seamless and consistent manner
  • Empathizes with employees and responds to their needs on a real-time basis
  • Executes Gold Standard People Process Execution (HR process interventions in Performance, Rewards and Recognition, Learning & Development, Talent Management & Engagement initiatives)
  • Handles employee grievances, fosters strong employee connections, and ensures adherence to disciplinary protocols
