About the Role:

\
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating registration works at the sub-registrar office.
  • They will handle legal queries from customers, their advocates, and bankers.
  • The successful candidate will manage all legal documentation related to the company.
  • Key responsibilities also include providing support in process improvement by reviewing and recommending changes.
  • Drafting Joint Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, and other property-related documents will be a significant part of the role.
  • Candidates will coordinate with senior Advocates/lawyers for legal matters.
  • Another key responsibility is drafting legal documents, letters, and communicating with authorities and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with other departments and maintaining office files and records is essential.
  • The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will conduct legal research, case search, and reporting to the HOD Legal.
  • Team management and ensuring task completion are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements:

\
  • A Bachelors of Legislative Law (LLB) degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry, Title scrutiny, Land Registration, RERA, MOU, drafting legal documents, litigation matters, and Court Cases is highly desirable.
