Key Responsibilities:

The role of an Auto Loan Specialist involves leading the generation of new auto loan customers and building strong relationships with auto dealers.

  • Source new customers through various channels, including dealers, DSAs, open market, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain effective communication with auto dealers and their sales teams to drive business growth.

Critical Tasks:

  • Collect and verify pre-disbursement documents, including KYC, income proof, and vehicle invoice.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan login, approval, and disbursement.

Negotiation & Closure:

  • Work closely with the credit team to resolve customer-related issues and negotiate deals.
  • Ensure timely deal closure and adherence to turnaround time targets.
  • Post-Disbursement Compliance:
  • Obtain post-disbursement documents, such as RC copy, insurance, and NOC.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal audit and regulatory norms.
  1. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
  • Maintain accurate MIS records and submit regular reports to supervisors.
  • Achieve monthly disbursement and productivity targets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Thorough knowledge of auto loan products, including new and used vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dealer relationship management expertise.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, loan origination systems, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently under target-driven conditions.
