**Urgent Hiring in Personal Care & Cosmetic Industry**

**Position :QC Officer**

Location: Verna, Goa

Industry: Cosmetics / Personal Care

Education: B Sc /M.Sc.in Chemistry or related science field.

Experience**:5 years of experience in QC within the cosmetic / personal care / Drug**

**industry ,ands-on experience in hair color, shampoo, or related formulations is a must**

**Salary :Max 40,000**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process materials,

and finished goods as per SOPs and specifications.
- Ensure that all batches of hair color shampoo meet internal and regulatory

quality standards (FDA Goa).
- Maintain and update all QC documentation, including COAs, batch records,

and test reports.
- Conduct stability studies and maintain accurate records for shelf-life analysis.
- Ensure compliance with FDA Goa norms, ISO, GMP, and other regulatory

requirements.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities or deviations; assist in CAPA activities.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in internal audits, and assist during regulatory inspections

(FDA, ISO, etc).
- Operate and calibrate lab equipment like pH meters, viscometers, UV-Vis

spectrophotometers, etc.
- Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards in the laboratory and production floor.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in hair color, shampoo, or related formulations is a must.
- Prior work experience in an FDA Goa-approved facility is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic regulatory guidelines, BIS standards, and GMP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
