Job Title

Required Skills & Qualifications

Project Management

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally with a certification.

Industry Knowledge

  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development processes, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Organizational Skills

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Software Proficiency

  • Proficiency in project management software, MS Office, and potentially industry-specific software.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
