Project Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our real estate project execution in Bhubaneswar. This role entails overseeing the entire delivery process, from groundwork to customer handover.

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with site teams and vendors to ensure timely progress and quality standards.
  • Maintain digital and physical site progress logs for real-time tracking.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in real estate project execution, preferably with reputable developers or Project Management Companies.
  • Proven track record in handling full-cycle delivery, statutory clearances, and occupancy certificates.
  • Strong understanding of Odisha local authorities and approval processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage daily site visits to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with contractors, site teams, and vendors to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and certifications.
  • Ensure that all projects meet quality and compliance standards as per RERA regulations.
