Job Position: Software Implementation and Delivery Leader

iServeU is a modern banking infrastructure provider empowering financial enterprises with embedded fintech solutions for their customers. Our cloud-native, micro services-enabled, distributed platform offers over 5000 possible product configurations with a low code/no code interface to banks, NBFCs, Fintech, and other regulated entities.

We process around 2500 transactions per second by leveraging distributed & auto scale technology like K8. Our core platform combines of 1200+ micro services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple agile/scrum teams (typically 20+ members), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex software products and features, from planning and design through development, testing, and deployment to production.
  • Provide strong technical leadership and architectural guidance for full-stack applications, with a deep focus on Java-based technologies.
  • Oversee UI development and deployment strategies utilizing modern frameworks.
  • Leverage expertise in Cloud Technologies to design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient solutions.

About the Role:

This role requires a leader who can manage multiple teams, ensuring they are working collaboratively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, project management, and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 16+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a significant focus on software development and project/program management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing multiple software development teams.
