Training Executive-Conrad
Job Description:
The Training Executive is responsible for implementing hotel trainings in line with brand and hotel policies and procedures. This role involves developing and maintaining training resources, implementing systems that promote growth and development, and ensuring all promises to stakeholders are delivered.
As the Training Executive, you will be accountable for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Maintaining employee records, including personnel files and learning history.
- Scheduling and coordinating training classes, maintaining the training calendar.
- Assisting the Training Manager as a co-facilitator in running training programs, including induction.
- Maintaining an active list of interns and coordinating the placement of current openings, including advertising.
- Demonstrating knowledge of the hotel's meeting space facilities and having a basic understanding of departmental operations.
- Preparing and distributing reports to measure training results.
- Conducting service quality audits and tracking progress to ensure continuous improvement.
