Key Role: Compliance Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Compliance Function. This role involves coordinating, maintaining, and documenting compliance activities across the institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Compliance in managing compliance obligations, including monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission of statutory returns or compliance actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of data processing activities, data breaches and near misses, subject rights requests, policy reviews and updates, and consent, privacy notices, and data processing agreements.
  • Support handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and ensure all related records are properly archived and accessible.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or compliance support role, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and record-keeping.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with familiarity with data protection principles under UK GDPR.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), with understanding of cybersecurity risks and controls.
