Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to support our compliance program. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute testing programs to ensure compliance with various laws and regulations.
  • Develop strong risk assessment skills to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate progress and findings to stakeholders and lead conversations with senior management.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to improve their knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives to improve the delivery model.
  • Work with business teams to develop remediation plans for findings.
  • Identify emerging regulatory risks and contribute to presentations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in internal audit or regulatory compliance.
  • Good academic qualifications and certifications in compliance or legal fields are advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong internal control and validating testing skills are essential.
