Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to lead our regulatory compliance process for retrofit emission control devices and automotive products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing homologation strategies & roadmaps for these devices and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Homologation Strategies: Create effective homologation plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Relationships: Foster strong relationships with test agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Lead the Homologation Team: Provide leadership and guidance to the homologation team to ensure effective execution of homologation strategies.
  • Monitor and Report: Regularly monitor and report on the homologation process, including risks and issues.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure resources are allocated effectively for homologation projects.
  • Homologation Project Ownership: Take ownership of homologation-related projects in the company.
  • Process-Driven Culture: Foster a culture of process-driven ideas across the engineering team.
  • External Partners: Manage external homologation partners and provide guidance on homologation requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance.
  • Regulatory Experience: Experience working with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and homologation partners.
  • Leadership and Project Management: Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
