Engineering Talent Program

The Engineering Talent Program is a premier internship designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders at the intersection of technology and politics. We are seeking bright, motivated engineering students who are passionate about applying their technical skills to solve real-world political challenges.

This 8-week training program offers an unparalleled opportunity to develop a unique skill set that combines technical expertise with in-depth knowledge of Indian politics and public policy.

  1. Technical Track: Participate in intensive workshops on advanced Python, JavaScript, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices.
  2. Political Track: Attend seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.
  3. Analyse relevant public datasets (e.g., election data, legislative records) to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
  4. Develop a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.

We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in Indian politics and public policy, foundational technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. As an intern, you will join our Technical Transformation Team and support key functions, including Campaigns, Political Intelligence, and Research.
