  • Culture & Values: Driving initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Acting as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guiding managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Supporting learning initiatives and managing development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensuring policies align with laws and best practices; managing HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee engagement & relations: Handling grievances, conflict resolution, and promoting healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
  • Policy & Benefits: Maintaining policies and overseeing compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
