Sales and Business Development Manager

As a valued member of the Avantio Crew team, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Area Sales Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting business, selling products, and meeting customer needs in the building construction chemicals and waterproofing products market.
• Key Responsibilities
• Serve customers by promoting business and selling products
• Develop and maintain relationships with key architects, builders, and consultants
• Provide on-site support to applicators and project associates
• Monitor competition and gather current marketplace information
• Establish new accounts and submit quotations
• Focus sales efforts on existing and potential volume of dealers
• Keep management informed with activity and results reports
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain historical records
• Requirements
The ideal candidate will have good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi, as well as experience in sales, customer service, and territory management. Self-confidence, product knowledge, and negotiation skills are also essential for this role.
