Job Description

We are currently hiring for Centre Managers who will be responsible for ensuring sales and customer acquisition targets, optimizing cost and productivity, and ensuring seamless operation and administration of our retail stores.

The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a graduation degree in any discipline and a post-graduation or MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Target Achievement: Ensure sales and customer acquisition targets are met, by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Cost Optimization: Optimize cost and productivity of the retail store, by analyzing expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Store Operations: Ensure seamless operation and administration of the retail store, by managing inventory, maintaining relationships with channel partners, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and commercial controls, by staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and implementing necessary procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10-14 years of experience in the telecom industry.
  • Education: Graduation degree in any discipline, post-graduation or MBA preferred.
  • Skills:
  1. Managing Profit and Loss: Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to optimize profit and loss.
  2. Project Management: Experience in managing projects from start to finish, with a focus on timelines, budgets, and quality.
  3. Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  4. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  5. Influencing and Negotiation: Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  6. Cross-Functional Expertise: Experience working across multiple functions, such as sales, marketing, and operations.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, based on the title, job description, and location.
