Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the details of each offering and remain informed about updates to these offerings.
  • Data Management: Obtain and maintain accurate lists of individuals' contact information.
  • Client Outreach: Engage with active and prospective clients to encourage the purchase of our products or services.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and suggestions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Record important details from conversations with clients.
  • Closing Deals: Inform our sales team of verbal acceptances of offers for closure.
  • Performance Tracking: Document all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and performance expectations.
  • Professionalism: Conduct all duties with respect and courtesy, regardless of interactions.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a sales-related role or similar position.
  • Sales Training: Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Cultural Competence: Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust communication style as needed.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
  • Resilience: Capacity to receive constructive feedback without taking it personally.
