We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at GETUR COLLEGE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in boosting sales by establishing connections with current and potential clients.
To excel as a Sales Representative, you should be able to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to even the most skeptical individuals. A successful candidate will demonstrate creativity in utilizing client feedback to enhance our services.
Responsibilities:- Cultivate Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the details of each offering and remain informed about updates to these offerings.
- Data Management: Obtain and maintain accurate lists of individuals' contact information.
- Client Outreach: Engage with active and prospective clients to encourage the purchase of our products or services.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and suggestions in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Record important details from conversations with clients.
- Closing Deals: Inform our sales team of verbal acceptances of offers for closure.
- Performance Tracking: Document all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and performance expectations.
- Professionalism: Conduct all duties with respect and courtesy, regardless of interactions.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a sales-related role or similar position.
- Sales Training: Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software applications.
- Cultural Competence: Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust communication style as needed.
