Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our project development, planning, and execution initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resource allocation, and conduct financial analysis to provide timely reports to senior stakeholders.
  2. Talent Development: Identify gaps in team capabilities, develop talent acquisition strategies, and ensure effective team management.
  3. Financial Governance: Monitor project budgets, perform financial analysis, and provide accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
  4. Compliance Management: Establish and maintain governance for delivery, defining roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
  5. Risk Mitigation: Identify and resolve issues that could delay projects, ensuring timely completion.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and support.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with substantial expertise in project management and process consultancy.
  • Proven track record of managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and excellent leadership skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
