As a seasoned project leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of projects. Your key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  • Resource Optimization: Analyze resource demand and develop strategies to optimize team productivity.
  • Financial Governance: Track project expenses and perform financial analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Governance and Risk Management: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Development: Recruit, manage, and develop high-performing PMO resources, as well as coach and mentor project managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in IT, with substantial expertise in project management and process consultancy.
  • A proven track record of managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and excellent leadership skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS INCLUDE ADVANCED MS OFFICE SKILLS, ESPECIALLY EXCEL FOR DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING.
