Job Description

As a Store Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our store's inventory, stock levels, and procurement processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all goods are properly received, stored, and issued in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory control and conducting regular stock audits to maintain accurate records.
  • Handling procurement and purchasing processes, including preparing purchase orders and coordinating approvals.
  • Monitoring supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and developing strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory.
  • Providing regular updates to management on stock levels, purchase requirements, and cost-saving opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
