Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to support daily operations of our retail outlet, manage sales and customer experience, supervise inventory and merchandising, and oversee additional services like home deliveries and spa operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer & Sales Management
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a seamless shopping experience and addressing customer queries in a timely manner.
    • Assist in handling customer complaints and escalations while providing solutions that meet their needs.
    • Sales strategy and tactics will be key in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Inventory & Operations
    • Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and timely ordering to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stockouts.
    • Proper inventory control is necessary to minimize shrinkage through regular audits and reconciliation.
    • A smooth handling of home delivery orders will be coordinated with logistics for scheduling and tracking.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience and showcase products in an attractive and appealing manner.
    • Promotional displays, signage, and in-store layouts will be updated regularly to reflect seasonal trends and promotions.
  • Service Management (Spa & Grooming)
    • Manage spa and grooming appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up with customers.
    • Coordinate staff scheduling and quality of pet spa services, including training and development of staff members.
    • Customer satisfaction with spa experiences will be ensured through prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Team Support
    • Supervise floor staff and assign daily responsibilities, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
    • Support the training of new employees on customer handling and store SOPs, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
    • Maintain discipline, hygiene, and operational standards within the store, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and staff alike.
