Estimated Salary: ₹120 Lakhs - ₹180 Lakhs per annum (depending on location and experience)
Job Description
Role: Partnership Head
We seek a dynamic individual passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and patient care across India.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee existing partnerships and accounts with health tech and pharma companies.
- Identify and cultivate new accounts within established channels.
- Explore and establish new acquisition channels for pharmaceuticals and healthcare platforms.
- Develop and execute brand activation initiatives at B2B touchpoints.
- Foster inter-departmental coordination and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Maintain focus on objectives and decision-making to ensure success.
Required Skill Set:
- 6+ years of work experience in B2B sales within the health technology sector.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
