About the Role:

As a Workday Functional lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of Workday HR solutions. You will proactively assess and resolve day-to-day issues, drive initiatives to improve Workday Solutions, and engage with team and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or working as a Workday Functional lead.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Relevant Workday certifications/ accreditations, and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Workday HR solutions from design to deploy.
  • Working knowledge of overall Workday solution, with hands-on experience of implementing (from design to deploy) of at least two Workday modules; Human Capital Management (HCM), Performance Talent Management, Learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team and stakeholders.
