Workday Functional Consultant Role Summary

The role of Workday Functional Consultant involves providing expert-level support for the implementation and configuration of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This includes reviewing, testing, and validating Core HR Business processes.

Key responsibilities include configuring new Business Processes, modifying and enhancing existing ones, designing and creating advanced reports, as well as ensuring Domain security policies, Integration security, and end-user security are in place.

  1. Design, create, and implement moderate to complex Advanced Reports using Workday Studio.
  2. Configure BP Integration user security and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  3. Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to meet various business needs.

Additionally, this role requires expertise in using reports as web services, a good understanding of Workday Web Service functionality, and experience in integration development using Workday Studio.

Key Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Workday HCM solutions and Business Process Configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Domain security policies, Integration security, and end-user security.
  • Experience with report design, development, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
