Duties

  • Coordinate and administer various HR programs and processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with HR sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Ability to handle employee conflicts or concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in conducting employee evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management.
  • Experience with Dayforce or other workforce management software is a plus.
