Duties

  • Coordinate and administer various HR programs and processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as PeopleSoft and Paylocity.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with conflict management and resolution between employees or departments.
  • Support change management initiatives by communicating updates and facilitating training sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects such as policy development or process improvements.
  • Conduct data entry and generate reports for HR metrics and analytics.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with HR sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Ability to handle employee conflicts or concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in conducting employee evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management.
  • Experience with Dayforce or other workforce management software is a plus.
