About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Workday HCM modules and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end configuration, implementation, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Configure and support various Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
  • Manage and support integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors).
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational data security and Workday best practices.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Workday functional/technical consulting experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM; exposure to Recruiting, Compensation, or Payroll modules is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors).
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
  • Workday certification(s) preferred (HCM, Integrations, or other modules).
