Workday Payroll & Adaptive Planning Analyst

We're looking for a skilled Workday Payroll & Adaptive Planning Analyst to support payroll operations, tax compliance, and workforce planning. You'll manage payroll reconciliations, ensure accuracy across financial systems, and collaborate with Finance and HR to align payroll and planning data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll tax compliance and reconciliations (federal, state, local).
  • Support GL integrations and month-end tie-outs.
  • Use Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Adaptive Planning for payroll accounting and forecasting.
  • Partner with Accounting and HR to improve processes and system integrations (SAP, Workday).
  • Produce reports, analyses, and audit schedules.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of payroll accounting experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Workday Payroll and Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll and ERP tools (e.g., SAP).

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
