Key Responsibilities

The Job Description is an overview of the role's key duties and responsibilities.

  • Ensure overall in-charge of day-to-day functioning of the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) compliant with regulatory requirements and BIAL regulations, objectives, and philosophy.
  • Synchronize performance of all airport processes and sub-processes to achieve Quality, Efficiency, and Punctuality objectives of BIA in real-time operations.
  • Manage passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information processes at real time to achieve airport objectives of efficiency, safety, and punctuality without losing service quality.
  • Implement Management-approved Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to AOCC.
  • Carry out day-to-day functioning of the AOCC in a manner compliant with regulatory requirements and in accordance with various BIAL regulations, objectives, and philosophy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 9 to 14 years of experience in the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of airport operations and management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
