Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. This key role involves overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of warehouse activities, meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implementing effective processes to optimize warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with E-commerce/Fulfillment Centre.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP or similar ERP packages.
  • Graduate degree, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and perform tasks efficiently.
