Job Title: Warehouse Management Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing WMS solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Designing, building, and implementing WMS solutions, including configuration, technical, and code changes.
  • Managing inbound receipts, replenishment, outbound logistics, internal warehouse transfers, inventory accuracy, kitting, cross-docks and transfers, direct ships, drop ships, shipments, and monitoring development phases.
  • Assisting in QA and UAT testing, deploying solutions in production after successful QA and UAT completion, providing post-go-live support, and addressing defects quickly to minimize business impact.
  • Providing Level 3 support and leading the resolution of high-priority tickets.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, with expertise in WMS solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
