Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Process Lead to oversee the execution of large-scale software implementations across multiple regions. This role involves leading a team of professionals, ensuring seamless project lifecycles, and providing excellent post-go-live support.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, specifically in software implementation, and possess strong leadership and communication skills to manage large teams and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams for end-to-end software implementations
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular reports on operational performance

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years leading software implementations
  • Strong understanding of imaging technologies and workflows (X-ray, Intraoral, Pano, DICOM)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage large teams and client interactions
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards is a plus
  • Experience working in SaaS-based or healthcare technology environment
