As a Key Onboarding Specialist, you will shape the initial impression of our customers. This involves overseeing the onboarding process, managing customer requests, and reviewing their renewal pipeline.

You will be the key point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their journey to success. In addition, you will drive adoption and expand features with our product team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve and refine the customer onboarding process, including training, implementation, and helping customers create their first solutions on our platform.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external teams to ensure seamless account management.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process improvement and overall account health.
  • Be an expert in our platform: collaborate with clients to understand their operational challenges and identify opportunities to expand within the account.
  • Provide timely support to resolve product-related questions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management to translate customer feedback into product requirements.

About You:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Technical Onboarding Manager or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience in project managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting with clients on business process improvements at senior levels.
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments.
  • A builder mindset with comfort working in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, database structures, and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and define customer workflow requirements.
