Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large groups of people, with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Candidates should have a background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Business Process Management (BPM).
  • The role requires diversity candidates who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in telecom is preferred, but not essential.
  • A minimum of 10 years' total experience and 1+ year as a manager on paper are required.
  • An undergraduate degree or 4-year diploma in any field is acceptable.
Requirements:
  • Total Experience - 10+yrs
  • Relevant Experience - 1+ yrs (Manager on paper)
  • Education - Any Graduate or 4 years Diploma
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large groups of people.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating successful customer relationship management.
  • International Voice Experience; having Outbound experience will have an added advantage.
