Job Overview:

Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead Oracle EBS implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth requirement studies, collaborating with technical architects to devise solutions.
  • Prepare As-Is process documents, obtain client sign-off, and map requirements to application processes.
  • Develop To-Be Process documents, secure client approval, and set up Conference Room Pilots.
  • Lead testing efforts, including unit, integration, and test script preparation.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedure manuals and assist users in User Acceptance Testing.
  • Deploy production instances, assist developers with data migration, and provide post-live support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle R12, GL/AP/AR, FA, India GST, and EBTAX implementation desirable
  • Minimum two end-to-end implementations in R12 required
  • Strong accounting knowledge and good experience in migrations essential
  • 4-6 years of total work experience and strong communication skills necessary
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps)
  • Team player with stakeholder relationship management skills and ability to work in multicultural environments
  • Self-management skills and stress resilience required
