Oracle EPM FCCS, ARCS & EPBCS Consultant Job Description

As an experienced Oracle EPM consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementation, support and optimization of EPM Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure FCCS, ARCS and EPBCS solutions to meet the needs of finance and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS and support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS.
  • Build planning, budgeting and forecasting models in EPBCS and manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and Smart View queries to provide insights and improve decision-making.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.
  • Prepare documentation and conduct user training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of EPM Cloud applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in FCCS, ARCS and EPBCS with a solid understanding of financial close, account reconciliations and planning cycles.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate, Smart View and Data Management/FDMEE with excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and FP&A processes with ability to work in both project implementation and support environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
