We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant to join our team.

Location: Remote, India

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Likely to Extend & chances of conversion to employee)

Experience: 8–12 Years

  • Hands on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools

This is a full-time remote contract role.

*Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience is must. Please do not apply for the position if you don't have experience in EPM.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.). Should be expert on this.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide a company's major decisions, ensure future profitability, and support strategic planning.
  • Good understanding and knowledge on FCCS, ARCS
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.
Key Skills:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis & PBCS.
  • Strong hands on exprience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools (PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, Onestream, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC)
  • 3+ years of strong understanding and hands on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS)
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Able to work independently from an offshore location
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials)
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience
Important Notes:
  • 3+ years of exprience in EPM is Must
  • Candidates with dual employment history are not preferred
  • Immediate joiners or max 30 days' notice period only
  • This is a full-time contract role (not part-time or hourly)
