Corporate Planning Specialist Role

A key position requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively support senior leadership in decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing executive support to the Director, ensuring effective communication and information flow between the Director and stakeholders.
  • Managing and coordinating leadership meetings, reviews, and key action items.
  • Aligning cross-functional workflows across production, supply chain, and technical teams.
  • Monitoring project milestones, flagging risks, and driving timely execution of initiatives.
  • Facilitating smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Preparing analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for management reviews.
  • Tracking KPIs, operational performance, and progress of strategic projects.
  • Providing insights on efficiency improvements, bottlenecks, and business opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

  • Task Completion Rate: Percentage of Director-assigned tasks delivered within deadlines.
  • Information Flow Efficiency: Average turnaround time for updates and decision communication.
  • Report Timeliness: Percentage of reports prepared and submitted on schedule.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of overall professional experience with strong exposure to production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
  • Preferred experience in CEO/MD/COO Office or Business Excellence / Strategy Team of a large-scale organization.
  • BE in Chemical/Mechanical or any engineering stream and MBA in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a reputed management institute (Top 30 B-schools preferred).
