Senior Customer Success Professional

This critical position drives operational excellence and project management in the Cards vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence & Bank Engagement: Monitor day-to-day operational issues, drive performance improvements, provide online and offline support, and conduct bank training sessions.
  • Compliance & Dispute Management: Ensure timely compliance follow-ups, advise on SOPs and technology upgrades, and respond to regulatory queries.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct advanced data analysis, prepare reports, and utilize SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Capability Building: Create a knowledge-sharing environment, organize staff and bank training programs, and enhance technical and analytical skills.

Functional Skills:

  • Strong technical and data analysis skills.
  • Expertise in settlement, reconciliation, and dispute management.
  • In-depth understanding of payment products (especially UPI and related systems).
  • Strong client relationship management capabilities.

Technical Competencies:

  • Advanced skills in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, charts).
  • Excellent PowerPoint/Presentation skills.
  • Strong communication, drafting, and presentation skills.
