Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage renewals by liaising with stakeholders and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless execution.
  • To engage with customers through various channels, including voice calls, SMSs, emails, WhatsApp, and field visits, to facilitate renewal processes.
  • To provide exceptional service to orphan policyholders, referring them to sales teams for upselling opportunities.
  • To resolve discrepancies with sales teams and ensure timely login of new business cases.
  • To reconcile daily receipts and manage banking activities efficiently.
  • To oversee branch activities, ensuring compliance with documented processes and procedures.
  • To facilitate customer servicing, including claims, and strive for first-time right (FTR) in all policy requests.
  • To maintain infrastructure facilities, addressing any discrepancies promptly and ensuring timely maintenance.
  • To identify, analyze, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with branch operations processes.
