Customer Onboarding Lead

As a seasoned customer onboarding expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective processes to ensure a seamless journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customized onboarding programs tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize overall account performance.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of onboarding initiatives and identify areas for growth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for our platform, working closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and provide strategic guidance.
  • Provide technical support and resolve complex customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with product management to surface customer requests and translate feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable onboarding processes that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Customer Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale customer implementations and consulting with senior-level executives at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and cloud-based software environments, including APIs and webhooks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of database structures and system integrations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
