Expert Onboarding Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented onboarding implementation expert to join our organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading customer onboarding sessions for smooth product adoption and integration.
  • Assisting customers in migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Performing SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  • Utilizing advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in US based SaaS product-based companies. Experience with ERP like products is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and automation tools.
