SAP Concur Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Concur implementation specialist to take on the challenge of deploying SAP Concur modules for global clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP Concur workflows, audit rules, and reporting to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements related to travel, expense, and invoice processes to develop effective SAP Concur configurations.
  • Configure SAP Concur modules, including workflows, audit rules, and reporting, to ensure seamless integration with ERP systems.
  • Support integration activities between SAP Concur and ERP systems to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate SAP Concur configurations and ensure smooth user adoption.
  • Provide exceptional post-go-live production support and troubleshooting to address any SAP Concur-related issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice).
  • Strong configuration and administration skills across SAP Concur modules, with a focus on workflow optimization and customization.
  • A solid understanding of integration approaches using SAP CPI, Boomi, or APIs to ensure seamless system interactions.
  • Familiarity with travel and expense policies, finance operations (AP/AR), and compliance standards (such as VAT/GST reclaim) to provide expert guidance.
  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • SAP Concur certifications or formal training, with experience working with SAP FI/CO or procurement processes and exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies being highly desirable.
