We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IdentityIQ Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform. Key responsibilities include providing L3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, analyzing logs and debugging code to resolve complex issues, collaborating with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates, managing connectors for various target systems, implementing and managing SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications, performing environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning, and supporting onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis, knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs, experience with integration to target systems, and a good understanding of IGA concepts. Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding is also desirable. You should be able to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incidents.
