We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) expert to join our team as a Sailpoint IIQ Consultant. About the Role

The Sailpoint IIQ Consultant will play a critical role in delivering high-quality identity governance solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a seasoned expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, performing technical troubleshooting, managing client interactions, and deploying and managing IGA solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop IGA Solutions: Utilize your expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to design and develop comprehensive IGA solutions that cater to the specific needs of our clients.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Perform thorough technical troubleshooting to resolve any issues with SailPoint IdentityIQ and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Solution Deployment and Management: Deploy and manage IGA solutions efficiently, monitor incidents, and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in identity governance and administration, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ life cycle workflows, access governance, access certification, and access request processes.
  • Proven experience in developing, configuring, and implementing life cycle events, access requests, access certification, password management, applications, rules, workflows, forms, quick links, and other features in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong background in administering, operating, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience in optimizing and tuning SailPoint IdentityIQ product performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
Technical Competency
  • Linux commands and scripting.
  • JVM configuration and optimization.
  • Basic database queries and SQL.
  • Integration with various systems, including AD, LDAP, web services, databases, and business applications.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) management around high-priority production incidents.
  • GitHub for code version management.
  • Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline understanding.
