Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist. As a Junior Identity Operations Engineer, you will play a key part in designing and implementing IAM solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

We are looking for a team player who can work effectively with Agile teams and contribute to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders, and documenting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing IAM solutions to meet business requirements
  • Developing and maintaining IAM policies and procedures
  • Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new technologies and tools
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should have:

  • A strong background in IAM products such as SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk
  • Experience in building complex IAM solutions involving multiple applications, HR systems, and databases
  • Knowledge of modern authentication methodologies such as SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile teams
